CLAIM REWARD

To redeem your reward, carefully enter your name and email address you used when registering for the reward and the unique redemption code that was emailed at the time of purchase.

Don’t worry if you have changed your mind about which reward you want. Once your email and unique redemption code are verified you will be able to choose which reward you want and are given instructions on how to redeem. Your reward will be sent to you within 30 days.

If you are redeeming a £200 prepaid virtual Mastercard® as part of the Vodafone Cost of Living Support Campaign with Experian, you will receive on-screen notification if your details have been accepted. You will then be sent an email from info@purecard.com within 7 days with instructions on how to activate your card.

Please note, you cannot redeem a reward if you purchased via the telephone, in-store or Web Chat.
