  3. Before completing your purchase with Virgin Media, you will be asked to provide your name and email address at www.rewardforswitching.com so we can contact you with instructions on how to redeem your reward and your unique redemption code.
  4. Customers must then complete the 90 day cooling off period, whereby Virgin Media must receive 2 months payment in order to becoming eligible for the offer. Upon completion, Customers must visit the link in the email they received upon registering for the offer and choose their reward, enter their unique redemption code, name and postal address. You must wait 90 days from your installation date, but no longer than 150 days to redeem your reward. We strongly recommend letting this 90 day period pass before querying the status of your reward.

  6. Each unique redemption code is valid for one time use only. Once you have redeemed your reward, the unique redemption code will no longer be valid. Unique redemption codes will expire 150 days from receipt of email.
  7. Customers who cancel their Virgin Media connection order, fail to make 2 months payment, or contract does not successfully connect will not be eligible for their reward.
  8. All other charges, including installation charges, for Virgin Media will be as set out in the contract for that product.
  9. This Offer cannot be used together with any other Virgin Media offer, unless specifically stated.
  10. The offer is limited to one reward per Virgin Media purchase.
  11. This promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, and discount or promotion code and may not be redeemed for cash. If this is used alongside another offer or discount you will not be eligible for the offer.
