Upon completing your purchase through Vodafone, an agent will direct you to www.claimmyreward.com where you must register your name and email address at so we can contact you with instructions on how to redeem your reward and your unique redemption code. Following purchase, Vodafone must receive 2 months payment from you in order to become eligible for this offer.

  3. You must wait 60 days from your original purchase date, but no longer than 120 days to redeem your reward. We strongly recommend letting this 60 day period pass before querying the status of your reward.

  4. The reward options listed are subject to change and refreshed regularly. Rewards are subject to stock availability.

  5. Your reward choice is final and cannot be changed once submitted.
